After many trials and errors trying to design a Gambit for my daughter's X-men. I kept falling flat on my face. I wanted to capture Gambit as the savvy and mischievous Cajun that was seen dazzling the animated series back in the 90s and blazing up the X-men books but all of my attempts seem to come out not worth saving and I disassembled them. :(

Then I met this guy named Keach who is a master mego customizer. When I saw how detailed he made his Gambit figure. Look at the cigarette and the cards on the doll's hand. The metallic neck piece around Gambit's neck is so detailed also that I had to have it. Keach sold it to me for a good price and I told him about this place and low and behold he is now a member (chawks08).

For some reason Keach is selling his customs. They are amazing.

Check this Gambit out. My daughter has not put the doll down. Take note at the cigarette in his mouth and the cards in his hand....WOW!
I know they don't "make people" customizer of the month if they are unknown, based on a rotation or anything special but I think Keach has got my vote if I say so...

I saw this,.. it's a Fantastic figure.
Loved his Psylocke & Thunderbird as well.
His Phasing Vision threw the wall was too cool as well.
Congrats on a great score.

Thanks for the shout out. I always liked Gambit. I can't take all the credit though... I talked my Mum into sewing the jacket. Too complicated for me! The material is that tablecloth type stuff that has a cotton backing to it. I pulled the cotton part away to make it thinner & we came up with the pattern (my Mum had done Barbie clothes in the past so I talked her into doing the jacket). Harder because of the smaller scale than Barbie, but I thought it turned out well.
