I saw one of these at the Toronto toy fair a month or so ago, the lady selling it told me it was a mold for the clothes/masks, but I'm not 100% positive about that. It would make a perfect display model for some outfits though. Oh yeah, she was asking $50 for it so I passed, I do think it's pretty cool though.

I find it Creepy. Hopefully Captain action would too. Unless it is valuable, I think you should go with Lauries suggestion and paint it up as a Blow up doll custom.

          Thanks,
Maybe it comes from Canada? Could have been another way to sell left over Captain Action uniforms. I wish I could find a pic MIP or close up pics to see if there is any copyright info on the body.
          Rare?

Yeah that's Jane, a friend of mine. She got hers from a toy insider.

It's Doctor Evil's failed attempt to clone the Captain!

I think that is from the failed Captain Action Vs The Invasion of The Body Snatchers play set.

Playing Mantis put out some outfits without the figure towards the end of their
Captain Action line. The pink thing may be what they attached to the backer
card so the outfit would look like someone was wearing it.

I never opened any of the PM CA outfits so I can't say for certain.

It's very similiar to what the outfits are put in but that piece (and the vintage one) is more of a bust than a full figure.
