WOW I just took a guess at the only two monster movies I knew that were made in Europe. Gorgo-England and Reptilicus- Denmark.

For the life of me I thought that was a human hand. I knew reptilicus was blown up at the end and all that was left was an arm I thought it looked different. Its been ages since I've seen that movie.
