For some reason the Mummy didn't glow as bright as the Bog Monster. It may be he hasn't charged up as much so I will check back later.

Not to be obtuse, but probably can't charge up as well due to the bandages and likewise any subsequent glowing would be defused through the wraps. And even the face has more of a wash on the front and the painted back it to hinder the glow.
