Thanks to EmergencyIan, Laurie, Brian Leitner, Dr. Mego, CTVT for assitance. John and Roy wll be getting different shirts soon then the ones shown here (which were crudely shortened to short sleeve shirts by me. I digitally fixed up the short sleeves on some shots). I also digitally put the Walkie Talkie in both John and Roy's hands when I only have one. Anyone have an extra AJ Walkie Talkie?
John and Roy will also be getting other helmets. Doc Mego molded the LJN helmet for me for the hats, but LJN's helmet wasn't so hot.
Someone on Ebay is selling improved helmets for LJN figures, they came in today (pictures were taken last night).
Here is the current card design (it might change and nothing has been done with the back yet)

All the sculpts are terrific, but that Dr Brackett is DEAD ON perfect.
Did Ian sculpt these ?

I did the heads by doing Sculpy work on resin heads:
John started as a resin copy of Thor
Roy started as a resin copy of Kirk
Brackett started as Dave MC's "Pierce" resin head.
and of course the rescue Patient is Doc Mego's Knight head.

Nice job! I used to have the originals back in the day. I chopped them up and used the parts for spare stuff. I didn't know anyone remembered this show. I thought I was the only one. LOL

OMG! Mike, this are SO flippin' awesome! :applause: And what's really funny is I've been watching a lot of this show lately on Hulu.com and this past Saturday, I watched my only ep of the Emergency +4 cartoon. I wish I had recorded these when TVLand aired them. But I do have a tape w/ 2 eps. This show was the BOMB. I was always partial to Gage.
How about a Dixie McCall doll? Or Dr. Joe Early?

I could say that I didn't do Joe and Dix because Mego would avoid the older Doctor and the woman for a boys toy line but actually I was just to lazy to take them on :)
As for Chet, I could never begin to capture his rugged good looks

It's funny you all seem to like Brackett when he was the one I wondered if I caught at all except for the eyebrows.
Roy was difficult too (he changes his hair a lot) but I locked on to his picture on the cover of Season 4 for the head and that helped a lot.

That got a huge smile out of me, too awesome. I needed that today. The figures are just so fresh and full of positive energy. I'm really not trying to sound too Zen, but it's a very refreshing set of figures to behold.

Yup, I did email you Ian, thought you were too busy to answer maybe I should've tried again.
Coming soon, updated pictures of the figures with their properly shortened short sleeve shirts, better helmets and a couple other touches.

Stop at your local fire department. They'll remember. The one actor from the show does appearences to promote and help fire departments accross the country. Most EMS/FIRE fighters are ticked that you cant get the show on DVD like other classic shows.

But the show is out on DVD. Up to the 5'th season recently released. If you visit the boys in red in your area let them know.
