I've had a Wonder Woman doll that was like that, It drove me crazy so I gave her a new body.

I guess the QC at mego missed these mistakes!

Hmmmm....

It's weird that a fully formed lower leg like that would exist. It's perfectly intact, but smaller. So it doesn't seem to be a malformed piece; but instead seems to be a leftover piece for a smaller body.

Which is weird, since the smaller female body (the 7" WonderGirl one) has different lower legs.

...the plot thickens....

The shorter leg is the normal one, Don.

The European version of Dinah-mite is called Super Girl and she's a half inch taller than the normal Dinah-mite. They gave her the extra height by elongating her lower legs and her chest. Sweet Innocence has lower legs from the same molds, but she's even paler than Dorothy.
