I may be late with this question but I've been away from
MEGO collecting and customizing for a while.

Did CTVT release the improved female body as they had
planned and is it any good?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hmmmm....

I got a few that were pretty good; but they seem to be end-run ones and you can't normally tell if you're getting a figure with an old or new body 'til you have it in your mitts.

CTVT Bodies are still Crap...but old Doc Mego is gonna take care of Us! His new Mego Female should be coming out eventually!:wink:

What were the improvements CTVT were making to their female bodies? I have a couple, and noticed they were loose in the waists, but the legs and arms seemed OK.

Very much looking forward to the Doc's female bodies, though. Can't wait to pick up a few!

All of the ones I bought seemed to have spinal problems. Forced curvature and such due to odd balls and waist holes. That sounds really bad, but I can't describe it any better. Can't wait for Doc Mego's female body. Oh wow. That sounds even worse.

Dr. Mego bought up a bunch of those I believe. If you want them, I am sure he would sell you the good ones and not send the cracked legs. I believe they are for sale on his site.
I had to break down and buy a brown female body from CTVT awhile back when I was making Storm. CTVT's sent me a doll with broken legs. I complained and they sent me two more broken dolls (I guess they get an B- for effort!). :)


If Dr. Mego does release a new Female body. He will be rolling in the cash from all of us and the television shows he makes bodies for.

Caucasian female bodies are due to arrive around August/September.

Other colors will have to wait until later.

Will the female bodies be made of similar materials to the male bodies? If we soak 'em in RIT will we see a color change?
