With a name like that and knowing how our goverment inflates costs of such items I would venture that a "Combat Emplacement Evacuator" would cost somewhere around $500!

No, I'm not in the military but read a great deal of military history and books around the military.

I think I ran across it somewhere and it was one of those worthless trivial things that I remembered. But it was still a guess since I didn't know for sure.
