    name that film....

    So;

    I'm trying to remember the name of a film I saw years ago. I THINK it was an Italian film, and made in the late '60s. In it, aliens are planning to resurrect the classic monsters as part of a plan to take over the Earth. The only scene I really remember is at a carnival where the sideshow is displaying Dracula's staked skeleton. After the crowd leaves a hand pulls the stake out, and you can see the organs regrow; complete with beating heart.

    What film am I thinking of?

    Don C.

      Los Monstruos del terror
      "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn"

      In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.

        Yeah, that's Assignment Terror, (AKA sometimes Frankenstein VS Dracula) one of my favourites. I have it on DVD somewhere and can likely send you a copy.

        It's a Paul Naschy "El Hombre Lobo" flick, he's unfairly dismissed by many. It's Spanish and part of a terrific series about a wolfman anti hero.
