Finally Saw Underdog

Just wanted to sya that for the sake of my daughter (and superhero nostalgic compulsion) I finally borrowed Underdog from the Library.

My expectations for this movie were as low as they get.

The verdict.

It didn't annoy me and I didn't hate it.

They tied in the animated series stuff well and though this is not one of my favorite movies by a long stretch - it was not terrible.

my 5 yr old will sit through the whole thing without making a sound or moving..to me, that is priceless most days..lol...

I bought it and didn't expect much and actually liked it...but then again I love cheesy B movies

Well, I figured with my user name, I should chime in. My daughter was on a huge Underdog kick back around Dec. and January. I bought her all of the animated releases that came out from classic media and she soaked those up. So I rented the Disney one, and actually I thought they did a good job of it. Too many times re-makes make fun of the source material instead of finding their humor from the situation of the story. This was different from the cartoons I grew up with, but that was OK because they kept a consistent story for their version. I went out and bought it, because my daughter didn't want me to return the rental.

My son had Me Buy the Movie awhile Back. & Like ChimpMunks,.. I enjoyed my Expirence with the Movie. But,.. I also Had a Family Movie Night with SnowBuddies,.. & Liked that as well.

I think the thing with that movie is every one had very very low expectations of the film.
It was cute and because expectations where so low it was much better than I thought it would be.

My godson who's 4 loved it! I bought it for him and he's watched it a dozen times or so. I thought it was ok.

I watched the cartoon as a kid.

I liked the movie a lot. I like Jason Lee. Simon Barsinister and Cad were pretty cool. The other animals were cool, too.

Jim Belushi and the kid were in the movie to make it appeal more to adults, and throw in the whole believe in yourself and you can do anything...
