He looks similar to an Italian 1979 Supes figure I used to own. The Man Of Steel could fly with the help of a wire and something that looked like a flashlight - it was made by Cosmec. That's all I know...David

i had one before. bought it for $20 at a toy show. it's all vinyl , made circa 1978. licensed product. in my old age, i forget the manufacturer. i'm pretty sure it's not popy.

I can't see the card well enough to determine the manufacturer. Several Japanese toy companies made various Superman toys during this era, so there are a few possibilities. I agree that it's overpriced though.
