How rare is a circle suit Spidey

Ok i know people love the circle suit Spidey as much as others love RC/BATMAN but really how rare is a circle suit Spidey? Is his high price based on rariety or is it he's the one everyone wants? As Spidey was a hugh seller from day one :yes:

The way I understand it, Marvel was not happy with the circle suit design and asked Mego to correct it, which they did quickly.

Hence, the scarcity of the suit. Couple that with the demand for spidey mego stuff and that's why a circle suit spiderman is so high. A lot of people want him...and there just aren't enough to go around.
