My kids all have Kalenjin middle names, in keeping with my husband's tradition, to signify the time of their birth.
Dylan's is Kibet
Ethan's is Kiptoo
Ashton's is Kipchumba
The cool thing about their first names is that they are all two syllables and end with an N (I did that on purpose)...but the other cooler thing is if you take their first initials with the last name in order of birth, it spells this: D.E.A.R. (neat, huh? I didn't do that on purpose).
My grandmother was named Pacita
My aunt is Asuzena
My sister is Nerissa
My other grandmother is Asunscion
My cousin is Kashika

My Grandfather's first name was Wassel
Was your Grandfather German? Wassel is a spiced wine that is quite popular in Europe...usually heated and served in a hot mug.
That's where the song "Here we come a Wasselling means"

My great grand father on my father's side was Aca (pronounced Ace-a). I think it is the coolest name I ever heard. It is Scottish.
I wanted to use it if I ever had a boy. My wife wasn't too big on it, plus we never had a boy.
On my mother's side, there are alot of girls with the middle name of "Dare", including a Virgina Dare (the first baby born after the Mayflower landed). We are not descendants of her, just named after her. This is my sister's middle name, as well as her daughter's middle name.

I have an ancestor named Zerrebubble - For real.
Not to mention my parents failed to give me a letter 'c' which has led to the need to correct many of documents when officials insert one for me. It is just Brue.

My Mom's maiden name was Pezzanite, ( Pez-ah-nee-tee). If you live on the west coast, CA or Arizona, and you meet a Pezzanite, without question, you should punch them right in the face and when they fall down, kick them in the torso until their ribs are broken and their internal organs are shredded.
(Some have changed their names to Ingleheri to avoid capture, they're in AZ and should be exterminated with extreme prejudice like Vampires. Cut their heads off too!)!!!
If you are on the East Coast most of them are in NYC and it's harder to tell the ones that should be exterminated from the ones that should be allowed to live. Many Pezzanites live in Long Island and are not as dangerous. the more toxic Pezzanites' have died out in NYC.
