Question about the Obama figure

Has anyone gotten one of these? The face in the pics looks painted, but you can't tell the final product a lot of times from the photos on the site. I'm just wondering if the head is actually cast in brown or just painted over in brown.

Was considering getting one for the brown body (to go with their Action Jackson head), but it's only worth the price if the head was also usable for something else. Painted face is something I usually avoid in Mego customs when possible (just like the molded flesh color better, and most of my human faced customs are like that). But thanks for the info, folks! Now I can make an informed decision (which you should always do when choosing a President!)
