Looks like some of the text, and logo placement/size is different as well.

I count 7 diferences
1) Bottom left corner the Target ons has the Mego logo and says Mego corp. the SDCC just has the Logo
2) the Sticker on the Target one has the number x of 10K the SDCC one says "Endorsed"
3) above the "Rainbow logo" on the Target one the word Mego is in a bolder and larger font then the SDCC one
4) placement of the Logo is slightly lower in the Target one than the SDCC
5) the warning box is different on both
6) Upper left corner the Target is mor Pink where Dracula's name is while it is more white on the sdcc version
7) The "Phrase" bubble is in different locations in both

Also, the placement of the words, "Marty Abrams Presents Mego," on the gold seal sticker is different: The Target sticker says "Marty Abrams Presents" on top, and Mego on bottom, while the SDCC says, "Marty Abrams Presents Mego" all at the top.

If you look really close, the color stripes are set slightly higher on the comic-con package. You can tell where the purple hits the bottom left corner. So, almost everything is placed slightly different.
