Some Target stores will not be stocking the new Mego figures. I suggest calling the Target you plan on buying them at and ask if they will actually have them. The closest one to me will not have them. Yesterday was the first time I visited that store and the toy section is super small and totally pathetic. I called today and they confirmed that they will not carry them. The next closest one will have them, and they will not be stocked before the 29th. So, I'll probably go as soon as they open on the 29th. They confirmed that they are in the stock room just waiting...

So, what would be the going bribe to a stock boy to get you one early?
Not that I would ever recommend buying beer for an underaged kid in exchange for action figures. LOL

So, if they’re al mostly in Target stock rooms; already, it’s more than likely they’ll be out for sale in other locations as the week progresses. Texas won’t be the only place. I’d bet by Friday, they’ll be popping up in many locations.

I wouldn't put too much faith in any given employee knowing what is going on. I'd still go back and check next week.Comment

my closest Target has a huge toy section and the Nerd wall in the back of the Entertainment area so I am confident. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

If your local Target store does not sell them, then your best bet would be to order them from target online, the only problem with that is, your not there to pick the one you want that looks good in the package, just hope you get them
without a broken part, if so then you would have to return it or fix it up yourself, a frustrating inconvenience.Comment

Gosh... Mego would never sell a toy already broken in the package.... Sees cases of Hulk with busted knee pins...Comment

As I said in another thread our Target had the 14" DC figures in the gaming/electronics section. None in Toys. And 2 with the Funco/Collectibles section along the back wall behind the movies. Don't just look in one place. My posts were needlessly deleted ...Comment

Hook up with the general manager of the store and you should be able to get accurate information.Comment

I had the same thought. Putting them in stores that do a higher volume of business would be a common retail practice.Comment
