I saw a ninja figure at a local Dollar Tree storethat had something that would work. Do you have one local? Try there. Don't forget to look for the Ironman Klix. They will make a good custom head also. It's not a doll it's an action figure.Comment

I would use Apoxie air dry sculpt medium. It does wonders, even for tiny stuff like this. I used it for a nose job on this guy, and the Apoxie is still holding onto the vinyl:
I bought him like this:

Someone once used the prongs from a plastic fork. Should be right scale and you can paint it silver.Comment

Oopsie... I was thinking something else. I just don't know my action figures. Yes, Spiderrogue's idea is awesome...and dollar tree Ninja stuff should work. I should have googled to see what Wolverine looked like before I put my 2 cents. Sorry guys. Those who look outside dream. Those who look within awake.

I saw an idea on a different figure customizing board, of taking bobbie pins to make the claws. Just cut them to size, then dremel off the black color until they come out metalic looking. No real suggestions from me on how to affix them to the hands though.Comment

If the hands that you were placing them on were actually big enough to dremel...I would dremel the back of the hand, fill with Apoxie, and then push in whatever you decide to use for the claws--plastic fork tines or aluminum strips or the bobbie pins. Those who look outside dream.
