In July 2007, Character Options announced the range would be expanded from August 2008 with a line of Classic Series action figures. These are:
Fourth Doctor in red velvet coat and with interchangeable heads, one with and one without hat and a Sonic Screwdriver circa: 1974 Revenge of the Cybermen.
Fifth Doctor without celery and with a Sonic Screwdriver from Castrovalva.
Sixth Doctor with patchwork frock coat, shorter hair circa and Sonic Lance: 1985 Attack of the Cybermen.
Broton the Zygon with Skarassen control device from Terror of the Zygons.
Sea Devil with string vest from and Heat Ray The Sea Devils.
SV-7 (Super Voc) with Corpse Marked Hand from Robots of Death.
D-84 (Dum Class) with Anti Robot Transmiter from Robots of Death.
Magnus Greel and Mr Sin twin pack from The Talons of Weng Chiang.
According to a character options release to a fan forum [1], each figure pack will include an exclusive piece which when assembed makes a K1 Robot. A set of three classic Daleks from The Daleks, Planet of the Daleks and Genesis of the Daleks is also bring released.
It has also been revealed that Wave 2 will consist of the following:
Seventh Doctor from Ghost Light without his hat.
Eighth Doctor
Ice Warrior
Cyberman based on the first appearance from the Tenth Planet
A Mummy (Osiran Service Robot) with Canopic Jar from Pyramids of Mars
Morbius Monster from The Brain of Morbius
Voc Robot with replacable decals in order to allow you which numbered Voc you want from the Robots of Death
As of yet it is unknown what the Build-a-Figure will be, but it has been revealed that a Third Doctor sculpt has been made for Wave 3 but has not been approved as of yet.
There were also plans to release a Season 12 Boxset which would have consisted of a Tom Baker figure, Electronic TARDIS and Bessie. However, although sculpts for both the TARDIS and Bessie have been approved they are no longer scheduled for release as of yet.
Character Options will also be releasing The Sarah Jane Adventures merchandise.
