He still needs some cleaning up and a better paint job, but I yam pretty happy with 'im.

Awesome work in progress Joe! You didn't state if you solved your arm problem. I was doing some spring cleaning and came across this old Popeye. He is about 8 inches high. I don't know if you could make a cast of the arms and Megoize them. I will post pictures here and PM'ya.
