I definitely read many, if not all of those.

I enjoyed those a lot. The Cave of Time looks familiar to me.
My son this past school year in 2nd Grade entered a Young Author's contest through school and his book had this type of concept. He ended up winning for his grade and won overall for his school, K-3.Comment

I recall a very cool friend of mine in TO taking me to BMV and finding a few of these for me.
I always loved these books. Wish I had more.Check out my website: Megozine Covers - HomeComment

I had a few of those Choose Your Own Adventure books, along with some of the D&D Endless Quest books which were similar.
Later "upgraded" to the Fighting Fantasy game books, Lone Wolf series, Car Wars, etc.
There were so many cool game book series that came out when that craze was at its height.

The D&D ones were very good. I had a couple of the Doctor Who ones (the titles I had featured the sixth Doctor). At ALA last week, I saw a preview book of an adaptation of Romeo & Juliet using this format (Should Romeo stay with Rosaline? What if Juliet doesn't drink the potion?)Hugh H. Davis
Wanted: Legends of the West (Empire & Excel) and other western historically-based figures. Send me an offer.
Also interested in figures based on literary characters.Comment

A favorite of mine from back then (83) was the "Be an Interplanetary Spy" series. Some of them are below.
In the mid 2000's I learned of this Road Warrior rpg book style game "Freeway Warrior" (which was from 1988)
