    Ready Rangers Field Pack

The good ole days when a few pieces of plastic were all that were needed to spur your imagination and turn a boring day into one filled with adventure. Love it.

I think I have this ad in one of my old catalogs. Yeah, that set looks like a lot of fun.

I got this for Christmas so many years ago. Loved it. I was one Ready Ranger.
Never saw the Beaver Patrol. Sounds like something more for adults. No periscope, but it comes with beaver glasses.

Had this toy as a kid and it was one of my favorites. I felt like I was ready for any adventure. This and a little imagination was all I needed for endless hours of fun!

If that IS what it's supposed to be, I can imagine quite a few kids peed in it to find out!

I think you are looking at the signal light, and it did work.

Loved the comic book ad as a kid, bought this set as an adult collector.

Unfortunately, it was one of the few toys that truly disappointed me.
There's a lot to be said about collecting now what you loved then.

If I had it as a kid, I'm sure I would've loved it.

I would have been all over that. Throw in a giant oven box fort and I would have been Davey Crockett.

WOW! Never saw this, I was probably too young when it came out (anyone have a year?). Would have made a great companion for the 1978 Remco System Seven toy gun.
