Been awhile for me, but here's my first custom for 2008. This is probably the quickest custom I have ever done. Nothing particularly fancy about it but I think the Dark Lord of Apokolips came out well (at least by my standards).

The head is an "angry bald scientist" (aka Conan) head from Doc Mego which I sanded down and sliced up to give it the face scarring effect. The helmet is a black knight helmet cut in half also from Doc which I glued in place.Comment

Good job! This almost has a megoish feel to it. I made my Darkseid from a over sized DC direct figure and got about the same results as you did.More custom Mego madness on Facebook right here...
