Retro 8 Inch Fist Fighting Four-Packs

The current FTC offerings made my morning. I am extremely happy to see this Fist Fighting packaging, particularly with the original logos and theme. That card back truly **PoPs** for me. Thank you FTC!! I always look forward to my Saturday morning sleep ins, but rolling out of bed to log on to FTC's Facebook what's-new, and discovering this is like being young all over again..."gee whiz!" it reminds me of those old 70s experiences: Like getting up to see Saturday morning Super Hero cartoon; or waiting for the Sears Christmas catalogue and first cracking open that action figure section. Today is a good day!!

...and the Super Foes, all together. Cool. Gosh, I have always thought it would be so neat to see the Joker, the Penguin, Riddler and Catwoman as one release. Maybe eventually that to-be-released purple dress Catwoman will be 4-packed with the original Bat Foe trio.

I don't care for FF figs per se, but I like the packaging.

    The Foes 4-pack is great.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

      How are the FF bodies?
Expectation is the death of discovery.

        Those look so cool!
I know they have their detractors, but even with their shortcomings I love what FTC does. Retro Kresge packaging, retro classic card packaging, red cards, Franken-Aquaman ...
No one has to feel obligated to pick up any particular packaging variant, but for those of us who will never own a vintage Kresge card, it's nice to have the opportunity to pick up a low-cost alternative.
I hope they eventually release retro-boxed figures as well.
And how about a blue-leggings Catwoman?

Green Arrow is already in trouble with his belt around his thighs! :D

I think they are pretty good. They don't have the same tension issues as the regular bodies and they work well with the action feature.

I'd like to see a variant someday with actual fists.

Not taken with these at all really. Apart from that it's just another excuse to sell existing figures.

I like the space saving angle.

I don't have the FTC ones, but I do like the arm articulation on my Mego Fist Fighter Batman, there is more range of motion in the shoulder joints due to the different construction. I think I'd actually prefer fist fighters to the regular FTC bodies, as stated above at least there are no issues with the tension being to tight.

I really like how the FF shoulders are a bit broader than the standard 8" bodies. They just make feel so happy!
