Help with 1989 batman belt

Hey gang I'm working on a 89 Keaton Batman custom and am having trouble with the belt. I seem to remember seeing someone had made them here once. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know about the kidbiz figure but not only can I not find one I don't want to buy the whole figure just for the belt. Thanks in advance guys and gals!
