That head is from a Space 1999 figure. The body used a male style neck. BBP used a "male neck" for some of its female figures (such as Lost).

Seeing how this is FTC, I know it may come as a shock... but I should also point out that head is ginormous. Caveat emptor.

I have a couple of "man" customs in mind for that head that I just haven't gotten around to.

Yup! That would make great Peter Pan or Legend of Zelda Link figures...

it's pretty big even for a male body.

Remember the Maya head? That thing is WAY bigger than the Sandra head! I got a Maya figure, and I was always having to place the head back on the neck, because it was forever falling off!

Well, the figure I got always had the head falling off. I don't know about anyone else.

Which is a shame, because the sculpt on the head is very accurate without becoming a caricature. I always thought that had the head been of a proper size, it would have sold much better.
