The 8inch super store sells the double holsters and guns. I don't own a phantom so not sure if they are his or not.
they might not be the actual phantom guns/belt - but might work well for you until you can track down another set.

Wait, am I mistaken? I don't think the specific holster the Phantom had is for sale. The same Phantom gun and other holsters, yes. If I'm wrong, I need to order a couple holsters to complete some incomplete Phantoms I gave away to friends.

I'm pretty sure the Phantom belt was/is unigue. Also, the boots with the lightning bolts will be tough.
