I love the pics of your display! All of mine are put away, but I had tons of them as a kid. I also have a great display that the local store manager gave me as a kid because I bought so many. Looks like this:

I love em, theres certainly a ton of them, and if I ventured into collecting other things, then these would be one one of them . I remember getting these in the Uk, at the "esso" petrol station, they had some kind of deal going with them.Comment

Never heard of Esso having them in the UK. I know Shell did,after National had a run of them. But this was back in the 70's,so Esso could've had them later of course. I got mine at National,a gas station chain that no longer exists....I think. They did one a month,which was good since it was a long walk to the nearest National from where I lived,lol. Still have a whole bunch of'em,and bought a few over the years in various toy stores. Still looking for Astro Smurf actually. lol.

That really rocks, a whole Smurf village! Great display. Those are something I always mean to collect (and the Fat Albert figures) but just never got started. Now you've given me the fever again.Comment
