Where ever he appears the death of a speedster always follows...
I have been wanting to make The Black Flash for a while but, couldn't quite figure out what to do for his head as I wanted to make him as he appears in the comics. Then, last fall I stumbled across a head sculpt/cast of Reverse Flash that I thought I could make work so, with my Dremel and an engraver I buzzed off his nose and grin and then carved in the skeletal nose cavity and teeth.
I wanted to keep him close to his comic appearance so I opted not to apply the red lightning on the forearms and waist of his costume. Although, I did take a little creative liberty and added a splash of color in the form of painting the lightning bolts I sculpted on his boots red.

HEAD: Ebay cast with my alterations and paints.
BODY & BODYSUIT: CTVT
BOOTS: Doc Mego with lightning bolts sculpted and painted by me.
