Just wondering if anyone collects PlayBills. I found a large lot at an estate sale a few weeks ago.

I collect them, but from Plays that I've actually been to. It helps me keep track of what I've seen and the local talent that is involved that I might remember from a previous performance.

The pride of my collection are four different Evil Dead The Musical Playbills from every single run in Toronto.

I am also very fond of my Spamalot playbill that includes the playbill for the fake play within the play.

I also just have playbills from shows I have seen. I just finished up a great seaon of watching traveling Broadway in Baltimore. The shows included Mama Mia, Twelve Angry Men, Wicked, Doubt and then some that were ok like Sweet Charity (Molly Ringwald was in it and she still looks good to me), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Going to see Jesus Christ Superstar next weekend.

I don't know. There is one with Mae West in it and on the cover. I just wonder if there is a collector on here. I have about 40 I picked up at an estate sale. I was gonna send them to any one interested.

My wife might be interested, she has playbills to shows she's either been to or involved with, but is by no means a collector.
