Need Help

I have ordered two Movie Scotty head's and want to make custom Mego's for the Movie type Scotty. I would like to make two of them so I can give the family one. James was one of my wifes clients before he passed. We still have the contacts for the family and thought it would be nice to make them a custom Mego and put it on a card and one for me as well. Soo I need to know who can make the cards and who might be able to make the uniforms. I have the heads coming. I was planning to use the Boss Hog body. So I have the heads and the bodies and nothing else. So I am not a custom guy but I really want to do this so please help if you can. I will pay for the goods just don't know where to start looking. Thank you soooo much!
