Gilligan Series 2 ??

I got Gilligan and the Skipper for Christmas. Did Figures Toy Company ever say why they won't be making the rest of the Castaways? I'm sure Tina Louise would be very difficult in allowing a figure in her likeness, but Dawn Wells would probably be agreeable, as would the estates of the rest.

FTC said on Facebook it would just be Gilligan and Skipper which is why I won't buy them not without the remaining 5 castaways. I first thought this would finally be our chance to get ALL 7 Gilligan's Island characters as Megos. *sigh*

Yeah, the limited license kills it for me. It'd be as if I finally got my coveted Addams Family Megos, but only Gomez & Morticia were produced.

I wish they would have done like Exclusives did and at least run the professor with the first series. I did get both scales though. They are nice figures.

I would love the other castaways too, but I am fine with just Gilligan and The Skipper. They display well together.

bought the exlusive premier figures back when they came out,This time i was hoping for the whole cast and head hunters and guest stars

I had Gilligan and Skipper in my hands at Mego Meet last June but just couldn't pull the trigger knowing the others were never going to get made.

Charlee Flatt made a pretty mean looking Headhunter for a set he was thinking of doing.

I'm sure someone will come up with customs of the rest of the cast. I was looking through a box of spare parts. nothing jumped out at me for ideas. I did notice that an original mego Luke Duke head might make a decent Professor. The hair would have to be re-sculpted. For Mr. Howell and the female castaways, I cant think of anything.

If anybody shrunk the Hasbro 9 inch Mr. Fantastic, he's a perfect Professor.

I'd like to echo sentiment that I too would support this toy theme if the remaining castaways were made. I thought the Skipper and Giligan in both 8" and 12" looked great. Surely, it'd be a cinch to make the other figures provided if likeness rights aren't an issue.
