Custom Mego Penguin

So I've never quite liked the Penguin figure. The head sculpt was great, but the body (while fat) was just too tall. Likewise, Mego's earlier figures lacked a lot of detail that their later figures got. Instead of well designed clothes, we got cheap jumpsuits. So I sought to rectify that. My concept was to take the classic Penguin figure and make it as if Mego had made it, only better. So imagine they were using the level of detail that they had on later lines like the Waltons or Dukes. Presenting the new and improved Mego Penguin!
