I recently did a blog post (http://www.didadisplays.com/blog/2008/04/october-2006-ever-since-i-made-mego.html) about my first attempts at making vinyl playsets, leading up to my first Displayset box. I documented a lot of my progress but never shared it because I was always on to the next step.

This dumb little 2 inch scrap started a whole obsession that took over a corner of my life. Check it out. (http://www.didadisplays.com/blog/2008/04/october-2006-ever-since-i-made-mego.html)

I had no idea what I was going to see when I clicked on the link but I'm glad I did. Fantastic work.
I can just imagine JLA Satellite and Fortress of Solitude playsets

You've come a long way baby!

Right about now you're probably wishing you would have never made that little 2 inch pocket.

You have come a long way, and I am very grateful, especially since my playset is ready to be packed and sent. Woohoo.

Really awesome, Scott. I know this is all a major undertaking, but you're keeping the dream alive for all of us Mego fans. Thanks, man! :hokay:
