Changing heads on female figures

Is it difficult to change the heads on the female FTC figures? I'm wanting to swap a couple of Batgirl figure heads with each other. Thanks!

sometimes the FTC head may be harder, like the Catwoman one. when i want to soften a head quickly, i wrap in in a clear plastic bag/ baggy, or two, and dip it hot boiling water. It softens the parts, without dealing with it getting all wet & waiting for the hair to dry, so I can manipulate what I want to do

I swapped Batgirl's head onto a Dr. Mego body and her head was soft and easily swappable. I've heard the Catwoman is a harder plastic, but I haven't swapped her head.
