Brother Voodoo?

So I've been mulling/planning Brother Voodoo. (I do that a lot lol, much more than any customs.) I'm wondering:

1. Head sculpts--there aren't many good ethnic sculpts that I've seen. Maybe a reduced Big Jack head?

2. Cape or no cape? I don't recall him at all with a cape and don't care for one, but the Marvel Handbook shows it.

^Thanks--seeing the AA AJ head recast makes it look quite a bit different. The sculpting seems better than the LJN options...
