You may remember this Kirk I flocked the other day.
I wasn't happy with the spiky look, it works for GI Joe but not so well for mego.

Not one to give up....I thought Id have another go:wink_y:

This time I used a new technique....and I think there is a big difference.

Iv even kept his side parting...

Iv also done a Spock, Fonz, Starsky and Buffalo Bill using the same method.

Just need to get some figures with bodies now:smiley1:

Wow! Now you have to keep away the Mego gals from running their fingers through his hair....

What's the longest strands you can flock a mego head? I was thinking a longer spiked punk rock look.

Wow that's a huge improvement on the Kirk. I'd LOVE to see a flocked bearded AJ. Hint hint.

I think that would look great on an Ape head. Have you got a Chimp or Gorilla to try it on?

They look really cool. How well does that hair stay on?

More durable than real hair

I read somewhere that when they tested the first flock for Action Man in the early 70s, they used a flocked head as a gear stick head.....after 20 million miles (slight exaggeration:grin:)... it was still as good as new.

If you flock an ape, can you also flock the arms...like for Dr. Gaylen or are you limited to the heads?
