    Holcomb's book

Looks like the WGSH re-print book is available, not bad discounts when you order figures with it. If you don't have the book already.

That's a very cool effort on FTC's part to bring this book back out. Lots of folks have been wanting a copy, so this should be a good way to fulfill that market.

So, is this our Friday announcement?

Or will there be something a little later?

From the pictures... It looks like this version is going to be smaller and thicker compared to the original release.

The original is a 9x12 size book. The pictures on mego museum Facebook show a picture of the books in hand... Looks more like a 7x9 size book. That's cool.. Especially for all of us fortunate to buy the first edition..

I saw the image I believe you're referring to, and the relative scale (size of hands versus size of book) depicted is slightly misleading. The FTC Special Edition is the EXACT SAME Oversize dimensions as the original First Edition (9 ¼" x 12 ¼") and it is, too, is a HARD COVER. The Special Edition IS slightly thicker, as the Special Edition also features a 10-page addendum that highlights FTC's 8" Mego-style offerings.

Thanks for clearing that up Ben, I was going to say those hands look photoshopped in.

Not bad. It's only $45 to post to the UK. Thats almost the price of the book itself. Where on earth do they pull these shipping prices from?

^^ Hopefully with realistic shipping costs.
