    Wonder Woman boots

I found a loose 12" Wonder Woman figure at the flea mkt last week, in decent shape and with her costume and boots . The hair needs some work, and I need to find or make a tiara/ bracelets.
The boots are intact and no splits, but they are really faded.
Does anyone have a tip for restoring the color or advice on painting them?

I would try using the plasti-dip method used for de-graying heads or you could try dying them with red dye.

If the boots are vintage 12" WW, made of rubber, dyeing them red should work. After, though, you'll need to wrap WW's feet and calves in tissue-paper so that the boot color doesn't bleed into the doll's limbs.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.
