Does FTC care how their figures are shipped? Poor QC

Just got my first appearances. One Batgirl's boot is not fully yellow, the other's hair is messed up. One Batman's cowl and cape is messed up. Pics are below. I have a Kresge Batgirl in weird poses, which is not too bad I guess. I know someone else posted about poor QC.

I guess bendable since the right arm bends. Didn't know of 2 versions.

They're customer service is excellent. Ask for replacements. I'm confident they will take care of that for you.

I believe JimCem's point was that they shouldn't've been shipped that way to begin with.

Give them a call and afford them the chance of making it right before throwing them under the bus in haste. Their customer service is great.

Unless they are Damaged its an easy fix... Open the package straighten them out close them back up... I've pretty much have had to do this with all the figures I have received from them. I have many complaints about FTC but Their customer service is not one of them... It's second too none

Okay, thanks but if I open them, then they are considered openers. Just didnt know how hard it is to put them in straight. But I'll see about the defective boot. It wasn't hard to point out.

Unclip the clam around the edges, then you can gain access to the tray that holds the figure. It will slide out just right. Straighten the figure out. Slide it back in and clip the clam back together. Job done!
All without disturbing the FTC tie.

He didn't "throw them under the bus".

He gave those wanting this kind of info the reality of what passes for shippable product at FTC.

Here's what I do: FTC sells the zip ties at the top of the peghole separately. They're available on their website. I've bought a pack of five or ten I think. I clip the off the original tie, open the clamshell. straighten the figure (fixed mussed hair, untwist gloves, etc.) without removing it from the tray it's tied into. Re close it and attach a new zip tie. There's no damage to the package whatsover, and now it looks like it should have in the beginning. Of course that doesn't address the thin spot in the plastic on Batgirl's boot. That you would have to call them about. But, the other issues are easily fixable, and I've resigned myself to the fact that I have to do that with almost everything I get from them. At least the package is made to open and not sealed!

You can use a small screwdriver and undo the zip tie yourself. I had no problem doing that to one of mine to crate a carded Surf's Up Batman with zip tie.
