My personal wish would be that they make the 70's Batman in a dark blue similar to the 66 Batman. But I expect they will do it in the light, almost aqua blue that the comics used as a highlight for the black it was meant to be. Hopefully the inside of the cape at least will be black, and LONG. Maybe they will do a black or dark blue variant later on.

After all, he was supposed to be a bat, not a bluebird of happiness.

That being said, I'd probably buy both as long as the head isn't huge. He also isn't supposed to be a bluebird bobble head.
