^^ The talking feature includes a rubber face that moves when he talks, like on a GI Joe a few years back. So, its probably pictured at a awkward pose in that pic.

The non-talking 12 inch Hasbro Indy actually looks pretty nice in the pics I've seen. But, yeah, the rubber faced one does look goofy.
