Getting the new CS3 Apes via TRU might be a lil' hard given your (130 store hex) geography. As my local store is managed horribly, I feel the shaft coming. Leaving flash sale, flash dance, curses!

At least the prices are published so you'll know how much fat the eScalpers are packing on.

Interesting distribution concept, at least they're trying to make them 'exclusives', yet moderately available. TrU is not known for putting things on the shelves, though, so if you don't see, ask. Nothing retro-Mego, disappointing. Do you think that Gorilla needs any more weapons?

As far as the TRU package goes, if your local store doesn't have them in stock, just order them thru their website... That's how I bought the DAWN figures and the 8" Taylor as they didn't carry them in store... (I had the sales associate help me order them and they arrived in about 10 days and due to the amount of the order, shipping was free... So that may be an option for you?)

Tell me about it. Almost double the retail price on pre-order alone, plus the extortionate shipping costs and then customs charges on top of that. Thanks, but no thanks!!! Who knows what these will go for from a third party seller once stocks have gone. I might just hold out in the hope that one pops up on eBay (UK) somewhere down the line.

I think its a waiting game on these, once the hype has died down, and everyone who wanted one quick, got one etc. These will be on ebay for a more reasonable price.

If the UK online retailers don't get one or two, someone will end up selling one on eBay when they're broke or fed up of collecting. That's my hope anyway.
