You can start with a google search for papercraft cars and refine as needed. If you don't find what you want, look for drawings/schematics of what you want or something similar. You could even try orthographic views of it. Save everything as a bitmap. This drops it into the Paint program. size/scale do not matter at this point because in paint it is easy to correct. You can also use a pattern to create what you want or make it from scratch. Adding color is easy, then adjust the size and print on cardstock. This can be reinforced with more cardstock, cardboard, or foamcore board.

Patterns or photos can also be glued onto a cardboard box. Say you want to do a Batmobile. Find front, back, top, 1 side and maybe bottom if you need it, pics of it. If you have 1 side you can flip it in paint. You only need both sides if they are different from each other. Resize them to scale and print.

Steak and Shake restaurants have a set of cool little cardboard cars you can just ask for that are perfect scale for 3.75 inch figures. If you live near one, you can get it and use it as a pattern.
