What other 18" figures do you want to see?

So for the Superheroes, I'd like to see the Superfriends go this size.

Any love for Kiss, Three Stooges, Dukes or Scooby Doo at this scale? Would this open the door to other properties like Planet of the Apes or Trek? (or even Marvel?)

FTC has obviously seen the love that the 12" Gentle Giants have generated and tried this out to see if Megoheads will come out and play too. Depending on price point, I might be game. Window Boxes are the big selling point for me.

The only way I would consider buying anything in this scale would be if the level of detail went up dramatically.

I can see using that body. But the head sculpts need to be a lot more ... impressive. Maybe some of the Neil Adams line would work.

In this scale, any masks, especially Batman's, should be removable. If they can make rubbery plastic clothes for the 3 3/4" Polly Pocket clothes, then a mask on a 18" figure should NOT be a problem.

I could see a 66 Joker level of detail in this scale selling well. A Neil Adams Joker would be even better! After seeing the costume on the 66 Joker in 8" scale, the level of detail on the 18" Joker was almost insulting.

At this scale, I would almost expect a Green Arrow figure to have an actual beard.

For that matter, KISS figures should have chest toupees. LOL

Marvel would be awesome! I want the Robin figure. He looks just like Mego made him. Their eight inch figure doesn't look very accurate. The head is squished and elongated looking. I'm glad they fixed it for this figure.

The Mad Monsters should get this treatment! And Star Trek.

But back to the original question, Dread Pirate Roberts!

There could end up being one in every nerd den in America!

18" monsters would be good; they might even be able to get the Universal license for that scale, which would be darn hard to pass on for me.

The figures I would definitely buy in this scale would be the guys that are giants in the books and toons. Apache Chief, Giganta, Colossal Boy and any other character like them would be a sale for me, because, at 18", they would work with the 8" line. So many times we've seen the same property done by the same company in multiple scales, and only rarely have said companies used those mixed scales in this way. We did get some 12" Icons scaled Marvel figures with the smaller Marvel Universe figures in two packs from Hasbro, and I think Mattel was actually working on an Atom smasher for their 12" Justice League figures which would have gone perfectly with the regular 4.5 inch line when he 12" figures went bust. The vast majority of the time, though, it's like this: simply the same figures at a different scale with no crossover potential.

Now, you could go somewhere with crossover sales potential with the new Super Friends line. There was an episode, "Giants of Doom," where four of the Legion of Doom zapped themselves to super-size, and then four of the Super-Friends did the same. You'd have eight figures for collectors of the 18" scale, but you'd also likely have some folks who collect only the 8" figures jump on board for those. I know I would.

How about some TV accurate Shazam live-action series figures? Two different Shazam figures for the different actors.

Star Trek and Apes would be a no-brainer for me.
Haven't bought any FTC stuff yet, but I couldn't resist a couple of those.

These are kind of cool but I don't have room to store these with all my other stuff however I might pick up 18" Hawkman or Gene Simmons from KISS
if they get added .They should consider Apache Chief and Giganta like others have already said.

I'd like some Venture Bros. at the 18" size.
