    Merricks legs

Does anyone else own a Merrick figure from the Tarzan line, mine has one leg that bends forward instead of backwards at the knee. I contacted FTC and they said is was normal. I just want to verify this before I spend money on a new one. Thank you.

I agree, sounds like they gave you a quick lame excuse for a mistake they made, I bet if you buy
      another it will be corrected.

Email them a photo of the defect.

I emailed them pics of the error and they still maintained it was normal. I will just buy another one. I also received a Korax with a smashed hand, they did send me a new hand but it not match the one that was smashed. Korax has a hand with finger extended to look like he is arching a bow. The sent me a normal hand, which I misplaced. It seems customer service is hard to deal with concerning product defects.
