    NECA Wishlist

So what do you want to see from NECA next?

I think they are mining the movie-likenss contemporary non-retro properties really well and should keep on that track.

For me, my big wish is Aliens Colonial Marines. I'd love Hicks, Hudson, Vasquez and Bishop. Heck, I'd dig Gorman, Apone and Drake as well if they wanted to go one level deeper. Of course Ripley and 1/9th scaled Aliens would be awesome. However, futuristic dress up soldiers with loads of gear and accessories is ideal for the ReMego format and would be the stars of this line for me.

Blade Runner and Mad Max would be great licences, they have many characters to offer.
Same for Alien and Aliens, tons of possibilities. Colonial Marines would be perfect: they could re-use the standard gear again and again, with just minor detail changes and new heads, and every kid loves soldiers, even if you don't know (or like) Aliens.

It all depends on how committed Neca is to the 8" cloth format, and how succesful they think this particular concept can get. So far, I think they're in it for the long haul.

This is off their beaten path. I'd like to see Dick Tracy and Green Hornet. For stuff more in their wheelhouse, how about some Sin City?

I love a lot of the selections above. I'd go ape over anything Moorcock.
