I hope folks will indulge one tiny bit more of my Captain Canuck obsession.
I recently unearthed this childhood memory from Brian, the co-captain of Odeon Toys' Captain Canuck action figure. http://plaidstallions.blogspot.ca/20...superhero.html
This t-shirt was likely my first exposure to the character (sold at Eatons or the Bay?)
I had forgotten all about this shirt, but once the memory was triggered, I realized my childhood quest for a Captain Canuck Mego action figure came from the fact that Spider-Man and Captain America had their own comics-panel style shirt. Kid-logic of course dictated that Captain Canuck should have had his own figure that I could play with as well.
I have of course, been hounding the Captain Canuck folks to reproduce this shirt (or at least a more contemporary styled shirt, with this pattern)
If anyone has this shirt, please come forward!!!
