Hint question 1 - Is this a Mego scale figure based off of an existing figure in a different scale?

Ha, ha, I like you wife' style! As one of the 9, I was lucky enough to "work" as a stage-hand for the Mister Dressup stage show when he came to my hometown, and performed at my highschool. He was a really great guy and super nice.
