I bid on that one - just missed it - I did not bid higher because I did not need the box.

JetJungle - I am still looking for you - there have not been any Tex or Kit Willers around. I need a Kit too though

Missed out on that one. I think that he was missing the hat and riffle. Still he looked in very good shape.
Is $235 around the going rate for these guys?

Have never seen an actual Tex for sale, so I imagine that he is quite rare. Is he as rare as the Mystery Astronaut? Could not see anything under the section "Going Rate".

I note that the same seller currently also has a Kit Carson figure up for auction. The current price is $137.50 with just 1 hour 14 minutes to go!! Good luck to anyone on here who may be putting in a bid for him!

They can go pretty high - especially with the boxes. Even though the ones for sale have poor boxes they are still nice to have and pretty desirable

I would think that Tex is rarer than the mystery man - it took me years to find a minty one.

Slim chance then that one will turn up on EBay. Best chance it would appear would be through this forum.

You never know, someone out there may have two or three in their collection, and may wish to off load one!

I wish the same could be said for an original Jet Jungle! Would love to find one of those. Probably looking at decades as opposed to years, to find a mint one of these Joseph!

I think loose they would have been a little less.
