It certainly looks like a Russ Manning Gold Key version, to me--the DC copyright's puzzling, since obviously it's not the DC version and DC doesn't currently hold the license (Dark Horse does).

Great eyes! That is an interesting find. I always thought he looked like Dick Grayson with that hair style. One coat of black paint and you might just see him like that in a red and green garb. Interesting indeed.

I hope it's not Nightwing. Dick usually has messy, but parted hair since the mid-90s. That haircut is a step back into "Boy Wonder" mode.

^^its almost regular size,they used a kiss figure body,thats just a little slimmer in the arms and
legs,makes him appear slightly smaller then Daddy Tarzan.
